Why settle?

When growing up as a child primarily parents are the decision makers for us. Once we hit 18 that's when supposedly we are considered to be an adult. At that point we start making our own decisions, whether good or bad. If we choose the wrong path we have no one to blame but ourselves! Life is nothing more than making the right choices that will benefit us in the future. That can include family, money, religion, career, education & much more. If you're in charge of defining your own destiny why would you want anything but the best? If you're living a lifestyle that is comfortable but you're barely getting by & you're not happy, why haven't you done anything to change it? Often we cheer on others on their success but we don't do anything to boost our own success. Yet a lot of people just sit around miserable & gossip waiting on others downfall. When ultimately they had the chance to be the one that's highly spoken on. Tomorrow is just another day. Stop the procrastination saying tomorrow I'm going to do this or that because tomorrow isn't promised to any of us. Remember when you were in elementary school & you had to do a report or draw a sketch of what you wanted to be when you grew up. Look at your life now & what your doing. If you're content then pat yourself on the back! If you're not satisfied get up & make a change! Never shouldn't even be a vocabulary word because its never to late to make a change to better yourself and to not settle when youu & I both know their is so much more you could be offering the world right now! If you're grinding hard everyday to better self, I salute you. If your settling just to get by reach out to your sources & remember your dreams as a child & know anything is possible when u put your mind too it. Hardest thing for me to overcome was settling for certain things. Once I got over that I started to see miracles happen. It wasn't easy & I'm still learning everyday & I'm definitely not rich but I'm the happiest I've ever been!
