Followers will have your back & listen to your orders. Leaders make demands & require you put your all in their investment. Followers will mediate bad situations that may come your way. Leaders cause havoc & don't take no for an answer. Followers pick up the pieces. Leaders seal the deal. Followers will sometimes be dishonest. Leaders give us a 2nd chance. Followers support you even when your wrong. Leaders make the ultimate decision. Followers give you the best advice. Leaders use that advice & give credit back to those its due. Followers are there when family & friends aren't! Leaders are solo & stand out in the crowd. Followers have the knowledge. Leaders will take the risk. Followers are comfortable. Leaders are always making changes & trying new things. Followers have the ideas. Leaders sit back & brainstorm.

Well I'm all! I started out a follower until I determined I wanted to be a leader! Its so beneficial to be a leader. You get to do it better and grow with more people involved. Then you train those that follow you & encourage them to be more than average instead of working against start working together. If you have multiple people that are capable of conquering the world just imagine what the endless possibilities could be together. Look how they make $ off of us. Lets start building our own pyramid of networking. Its enough $ out here we just keep fighting over it! We need to start relaxing together. With a strong team behind youu its harder to give up because you've got so many others looking up to u. We all have a mission. We all have a purpose. You've gone to far to give up now.
