New Beginnings

Its never to late to start over. You've just gotta be willing to take the effort. Think about all the times we all have messed up. Did you try & correct the situation or did you just move on? Either way it took effort. And the effort it took to make that decision is the same effort you need to take to start over! You never know how something will be if you don't try it. Sitting around talking about it takes the same amount of time it takes to make it happen. There are so many resources out here but who really uses them. Instead of doing all the work solo make it a group project. Everyone is has different ways of doing things. But when all this is put together a master plan is transformed. Don't take the selfish route its lonely & blessings don't easily come. Once you make the decision to take the "movement route" everyone is happy & everyone is successful. One thing for sure is you only have one lifetime to live & if everyday I've got to start over to make it right I will! I'd rather start over with a power team then start over depressed & solo. Giving

Today was an awesome day. Myself & other managers volunteered our time today to Ronald McDonald house. We prepared dinner for 17 families that are staying here due to the illness of their child. The simple things in life we take for granted could make life changing moments in others lives. You never know what a person is going through based on appearance. You never know what a person is dealing with because of their lifestyle. To reach out & touch someone's life & make things just a little bit easier is one of the best gifts you could ever give, its priceless. Theses families are at the hospital all day visiting sick children. The house basically set up as a hotel because some families come all around the USA even India. The most comforting thing is for them to come after a long day to a hot home cooked meal. The families were so thankful for us being there today. To see them smile & know you made their hectic life just a little easier today is an great feeling. I'm so glad I spent this time today cooking & cleaning for someone going through a hardship they have no control of. They need more people & businesses to sponsor any of the 3 daily meals its just something to think about the next time your heart feels the need to give. The recognition doesn't ever get overlooked KMK productions today was blessed by a $300 donation from DTLR to help buy food for 1000shoes for 1000kids Saturday Aug 28th at Jumpin Jellybeans. I started this event out as a solo project but the love & blessings I've been receiving from everyone is sumtain I'd never imagine would happen. I went into this thinking while the kids are getting free shoes they will be in a long line waiting & restless. Kids calm down with food & water. So why not feed them with all the support I've been getting this non-profit event will be such a success & its because of everyone who has been giving for this event & its still not to late. I thank everyone for your support.

Everyone goes through it (Monday Night's Motivation)

Good evening everyone. I missed ya'll this morning. It was my first day back so I had to handle my business. Everyday I've been living but everyday I been stressing. Someone I'd done a big favor for was doing me wrong. I was trying to let it work itself out but it still had me stressing because regardless I'd still be responsible for the foolishness! When I got to work today all I could think about was the kids & the charity event Saturday. So I sent out message asking for donations. You all answered those blessings & started showering DTLR with donations today & I thank you. Then this evening the thing that was stressing me was lifted off my shoulders. I was set free & karma struck the one that was affecting me. I love giving when you give back. The path is clear. God is always looking over you making sure your good. Treat people like you want to be treated if its the right way your world is unlimited.

Giving Back

PSA - I'm still accepting donations of bottled water or juices for my non-profit event I'm participating in Sat Aug. 28 at Jumpin Jellybeans. They are donating 1000 shoes to 1000 under privileged children for back to school. I've decided to personally cook on grill & supply food & drinks to all the families that come out for such a great cause. We make $ everyday as professionals, party promoters, etc. but if u don't give back then ultimately your not spreading the blessings you've already received. A case of water cost $5 drop it off at DTLR in Military. I've even got a jar I'm collecting change. If you can drop off a $1 it will go along way. I'm paying for the grill & food. I just need a little help & no I'm not afraid to ask all of you. Trust me making a difference in a child's life is one of the greatest gifts you will ever give.

Failure

But we are given opportunities to learn & grow from situations so that are new beginnings will be prosperous. The simplest things we do can have the greatest impact at times. Remember that when you're deciding where you want to be in life. Its your life so decide what's beneficial to your well-being. Don't let others negativity delay your decisions. If anyone ever tells you their life is drama free then you may want to stay clear from them because they aren't real with themselves! So how can they ever be real with you? Decision Making

Life is about choices. The choices we decide to make can have everlasting effects. That's why its important that we think out a plan before we execute an action. When we make decisions we have to think about the overall effect this could have with all parties involved. You have to really sit down & figure things out. If I decide to say yes who will this benefit? If I decide no who will this hurt? The thought process is critical. Its best to think or even write down the pro's & con's of your final decision. We only live one life. Making a quick spare of the moment decision isn't always beneficial. It could be a failure or a win but its just too risky to even chance it. Think of your decisions as its no turning back. That way you put your all in & you know you're doing the very best you could possibly do. Have a backup plan so if something doesn't workout you have other options. Think wise not fast. Determine what your goals are & the effects this decision has on them. Think about your friends & family and how they will be affected whether good or bad by your decision. Just like you take time out to decide what you're going wear to a party invest that same energy in your decision making process & it should be beneficial to you in the long run.

Everyone please pray for my little bro Linwood Johnson. He's not my bro by blood but in my heart & soul he's my lil bro and I love him! I dedicate this message to him today he is going through something in life right now because of his decision he made. But God is the final decision maker & he gives us a second chance so please keep Linwood in your prayers.

Forgiveness

At times in our life its human nature to have a disagreement with someone. That's a part of life no one is exempt from this. You may speak hurtful & disrespectful words to other party involved. We are human and its okay to make mistakes & have disagreements. Friendships can be broken up over money, lies, rumors, etc. Relationships are broken everyday sometimes they are never reconnected again. Instead of sitting down talking with the person we talk abut them to others & hold grudges. Life is short you never know who or when you may need someone. As we get older we have to learn to be humble and speak our mind. If something isn't right then speak on it. Don't carry that burden around it only causes tension and makes it bad for everyone involved. Apart of growing up is recognizing that everyone has differences & has the right to form their own opinions. Its up to us to be better communicators & when we don't agree with something that could possibly affect us speak on it but listen too! This is one of very hardest things for any of us to do. Mainly because we are set in our own ways. Compromising leads to growth if you give it a try. This world is small we all are gonna have run ins with different people at different times. Its no purpose in holding grudges & having your face balled up when you see them out. Really who is that hurting? No one so why waste time frowning when u should be smiling , enjoying life to the fullest celebrating your blessings. Its takes the bigger person to the mediate the situation & just let it go. That let's them know whatever negative vibes they are throwing your throwing positive vibes right back at them. Ultimately making you the winner because you've moved way beyond the past & letting your future blessings hold u down. Forgiveness is hard to do but when its done its so much weight lifted. Give it a try it doesn't hurt you may realize you been missing someone in your life.

Do priorities mean anything to people anymore? When you wake up in the morning do you think about what your day consists of? A business minded person has a focus & goals laid out. We know what we have to do do & have a time line for it. We don't sit around living for a day that's not even promised to us. If you do your a #getbyass individual! Why would you want to play with your life like that? You're not a "professional gambler"! You don't get paid to mess with your $ or other peoples $! You shouldn't want to live daily not knowing what is promised to you tomorrow. You've got to continuously grind & stack paper daily. You never know what may happen & almost 100% of the time your "crew" is not gonna be able to hold you down! Not even to mention if bridges have already been broken in the past. Just because you make $500 one day don't mean u go spend $449 of it keeping $51 for gas. You use what you need to survive & stack or invest the rest. Its about circulating $ not deflating $! We as black people are so focused on material things we forget about the small things like saving & investing. The $ we spend out partying probably would've bought must of us a small piece of land to build our own club on by now! So when shit get fucked up we already have our own foundation to stand on. Priorities will make or break us! I'd rather them help uplift me then keep me down in debt. Making the simple decision of downsizing your lifestyle just a little & save could be your path to future ownership of something bigger in the future. But the 1st step is to sit back & accept that just maybe 1 or 2 of ur priorities are holding you back. We all fall off track at times that's just apart of life but its never to late to start over & get your priorities in order!

What are you?

Well I'm all! I started out a follower until I determined I wanted to be a leader! Its so beneficial to be a leader. You get to do it better and grow with more people involved. Then you train those that follow you & encourage them to be more than average instead of working against start working together. If you have multiple people that are capable of conquering the world just imagine what the endless possibilities could be together. Look how they make $ off of us. Lets start building our own pyramid of networking. Its enough $ out here we just keep fighting over it! We need to start relaxing together. Why settle?

When growing up as a child primarily parents are the decision makers for us. Once we hit 18 that's when supposedly we are considered to be an adult. At that point we start making our own decisions, whether good or bad. If we choose the wrong path we have no one to blame but ourselves! Life is nothing more than making the right choices that will benefit us in the future. That can include family, money, religion, career, education & much more. If you're in charge of defining your own destiny why would you want anything but the best? If you're living a lifestyle that is comfortable but you're barely getting by & you're not happy, why haven't you done anything to change it? Often we cheer on others on their success but we don't do anything to boost our own success. Yet a lot of people just sit around miserable & gossip waiting on others downfall. When ultimately they had the chance to be the one that's highly spoken on. Tomorrow is just another day. Stop the procrastination saying tomorrow I'm going to do this or that because tomorrow isn't promised to any of us. Remember when you were in elementary school & you had to do a report or draw a sketch of what you wanted to be when you grew up. Look at your life now & what your doing. If you're content then pat yourself on the back! If you're not satisfied get up & make a change! Never shouldn't even be a vocabulary word because its never to late to make a change to better yourself and to not settle when youu & I both know their is so much more you could be offering the world right now! If you're grinding hard everyday to better self, I salute you. If your settling just to get by reach out to your sources & remember your dreams as a child & know anything is possible when u put your mind too it. Hardest thing for me to overcome was settling for certain things. Once I got over that I started to see miracles happen. It wasn't easy & I'm still learning everyday & I'm definitely not rich but I'm the happiest I've ever been!

This can mean so many different things to people. Everyone's friendships & feelings are different. We've all had a friend that we knew we could always count on. A friend that could complete our thoughts. A friend that called & asked "How we were doing?" before we could even get a chance to call them and say "I'm going through something!" A friend that told you when you were doing wrong. A friend that spoke up for you when others spoke about you negatively. A friend that you could just sit & talk to for hours. A friend that you felt an unbreakable bond with. A friend that loved you unconditionally. A friend you felt no greater love than the love you felt for this friend. But somewhere the friendship got awkward because you fell in love with your friend. You knew this could possibly ruin a friendship but feelings & emotions just wouldn't let your heart stop beating fast. Communication is the key to any relationship if you don't have that you don't have anything. Actions speak louder than words but sometimes also can be very dangerous. We are all human in order to grow we have to have broken hearts at times. The things we think we won't most simply are just not available to us. A true friend is hard to come by don't let lust ruin real true love for your friend. It may be 10, 20, or 30 years before you are united with that special friend but if its genuine no matter the different lives you two may live if its meant to be it will come. You better believe that because so many couples out here are living examples of Lovers & Friends. Be patient it may not be your time now but its coming if it hasn't already. You just gotta be open & ready for it when its ready to be true to you. Living your life with your soul mate is hard to do in the generation we live in because there are so many other things thrown in our face. At times we take advantage of what we know we will always have & try new things but something inside us leads us back to what is really true to our ultimate happiness.

Woke up this morning feeling grateful and blessed just to see another day. An opportunity for me to correct whatever in my life that needs fixing. Often we worry about and complain about what we don't have or what we really want. Never taking the time out just to say thanks for all the blessings that we've already been given. Whatever may be hendering your heart and soul today take time out to be the better person and let that shit go!!! Confront your past, enemies or any bumps in the road you may be experiencing! Once you decide to be the bigger person & mediate the situation you are also the better person which will make your road to success a whole lot easier. Stand up fight for your beliefs & get it right! Opportunity has always been here just waiting on you to take the chance to make it right!!! Life is short you're not given but so many chances. What if today was your last? Have u really buried all burdens?

It's crazy how people are brought in our lives for unknown reasons. If we would just take the time out to listen to what others have to say we would soon discover that everyone was born a hustler! It's just what and when you will make sacrifices to live out your good deeds. When I first meet people I can pretty much tell if your lackadaisical or a hustler. If your a hustler our bond is undefined. I like to try anything that has the possibility of making $! If it does I'm tryn it. I don't have respect for anyone that has chosen not to try. Your hurting yourself as well the ones that would have supported you. Life is money! Money is life. Family is our blessings. Hustle with ambition it really works. Not trying is your fault. Happiness keeps the heart and soul secure.

We all dream when were young & growing up of being rich & famous. This may work for some but for most we aren't born with a golden spoon. Therefore we have to work hard every moment of our lives to fulfill these dreams of being successful. No one every said that it would be easy to maintain the lifestyle we want to live. Sometimes you got to be knocked down to your very lowest to be able to stand up and put 100% in. The only thing that really effects us as African Americans is one thing & that is we don't stick together & support each others movements. I'm a give you an example some may get offended but you shouldn't if you're not guilty. When u come to DTLR you want a discount. When u go to Nordstroms you pay full price! When you come to the bar you want a free drink. When you go to Ruth Chris you pay the entire tab & tip 20%. When you get locked up you want a payment plan.When your freedom is at risk you pay your lawyer up front. When I promote a party you want to get in free. When you're out of town you pay extra to get #VIP. Point is we waste way too much time talking shit about this person & what they doing & how they doing instead of jumping on the bandwagon & getting down with the movement so everyone can eat!!!! Look at the other cultures. They have nail salons, restaurants, carwashes, daycares, clubs & much more but difference between us & them & the reason why their dreams become reality is they work together unlike us. We talk about each other & hate. Instead we support their business ventures & make them richer by the day & they just laugh at us everytime they get our hard earned $$$. If you surround yourself with winners that want to be successful and don't mind helping you get your shit off the ground. Trust so many more blessings are waiting for you! Negativity & hate don't pay bills but support & networking do! Reason why because when something not working for you you've got others to fall back on that you've helped in the past. A favor for a favor goes along way.
